DCHA Highland Dwellings Project

This project involved new construction of a 24 unit apartment building, complete renovation of 56 town home units. The project also included new site utiltities i.e., new eletcrical service, water and sewer services, new storm drainage, geothermal haeating and cooling system, site concrete, retaining walls , asphalt and landscaping.
